Refund policy

All sales are final.  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at bellalunabiscotti@gmail.com.  Please mention your order number and the problem you incurred.  Someone on our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, like perishable goods (such as food).
